Challenge
The machine needed multi-axis servo positioning. With many drives and thick cables, the panel will not fit together unless the space and cooling are planned first.
SOLUTION
Solution
The Delta ASDA servo drives were mounted side by side with cooling clearance, and the power and encoder cables were routed on separate layers to avoid interference. The PLC motion control module issues all positioning commands, and the HMI shows each axis position and alarm code.
