System Integration・2025

Our On-Site Commissioning Process

Power up and check voltages, verify I/O point by point, test single machines, then interlocks, then run automatic mode. This is the fixed commissioning procedure we follow on every site.

Our On-Site Commissioning Process

CHALLENGE

Challenge

Once equipment arrives on site, the electrical, mechanical and software parts have to be integrated in a very short time. Without a procedure it is easy to miss a check, and finding the cause afterwards takes far longer.

SOLUTION

Solution

We follow a fixed checklist: power up the panel and measure voltages, verify the I/O point by point, run each machine manually, test the safety interlocks, and only then run the automatic sequence. After testing we train the operators and hand the commissioning records over to the customer.

EQUIPMENT

Equipment and Technology

  • PLC programming tools
  • HMI screens
  • Commissioning checklist
  • Training documents

RESULTS

Results

  • I/O verified point by point
  • Single-machine and interlocked tests in stages
  • Commissioning records and operator training

The commissioning process is documented and can be reviewed later. After handover, customers operate the equipment themselves and handle common situations on their own.
