Challenge
The customer wanted to see real-time output and utilization for every production line on a phone and receive an alert whenever equipment faulted, but the equipment on site had no network connectivity.

SOLUTION
Solution
We installed an IoT data gateway on site to collect the PLC data, uploaded it to a cloud database and provided a dashboard for live viewing on phones and computers.
